2008年から2020年まで放送されていた『VS嵐』の後継番組として、2021年1月3日から放送を開始する予定。 　　2020年12月をもって嵐が活動を休止することに伴い[3]、同月まで放送される予定の『VS嵐』の後続番組かつリニューアル版として開始し、「魂」を継承したもの[1]。同メンバーである相葉雅紀とレギュラーメンバーがゲストと様々なアトラクションゲームで対決する番組。なお、前番組のコンセプトはそのまま受け継がれ、新たなテイストが追加される。 　　前番組に続いて本番組でも企画・総合演出を担当するフジテレビ第2制作室の萬匠祐基は「12年半、ともに番組を築いてきた相葉さんと、新たなスタートを迎えると言うことで、とてもワクワクしております。対決、比較、挑戦…。『VS』という言葉の無限のカタチにチャレンジします」とコメントしている。 　　初回は2020年まで『VS嵐』新春スペシャルが放送されていた1月3日を引き継ぐ形で、2021年1月3日（日曜日）18:00 - 21:00（JST）に3時間スペシャルとした拡大版で放送される予定。（Wikipedia）
